12 minute abs you can do literally ANYWHERE!
Today, we are changing the line "I'm too busy." We were at work, it had rained all day, and guess what? We still had time to work out.
This is something you can do anywhere anytime and pretty much wear whatever you have on. All you need is 12 minutes!
45 Seconds for each workout
10 second rest in between
4 sets with a 30 second water break in between each set
Repeat 2x
*We will also show you modified versions of each exercise*
1. Superman
Begin laying flat
Then lift both hands and both feet
off the ground
Repeat movement for 45 seconds
10 second rest
Modified Superman
Begin laying flat
Lift one arm and one leg off the ground
Lay flat again and bring your other arm and leg off the ground
Alternate movements for 45 seconds
10 second rest
2. Toe Touches
Start by laying flat with your legs in the air
Crunch up and touch your toes
Repeat movement for 45 seconds
10 second rest
Modified Toe Touch
Start by laying flat with your legs in the air
Do a crunch with your arms behind your head
10 second rest
*Make sure you aren't pulling on your neck and look up to the ceiling*
3. Russian Twist (Russians)
Begin Sitting up
Pick both feet up and balance
Twist from side to side
Repeat movement for 45 seconds
10 second rest
Modified Russians
Plant your feet firmly on the grond
Tilt your upper body back slightly
Engage your core
Twist from side to side
Repeat movement for 45 seconds
10 second rest
4. Bycicles
Start laying flat
Bring your opposite knee to opposite elbow
Switch sides
Alternate movements for 45 seconds
10 second rest
Modified Bycicles
Prop yourself up on your arms
Engage yoour core
Bring yuor knees in one at a time
Alternate moovement for 45 seconds
10 second rest
Repeat this 4 times
Take a 30 second water break
Repeat 4 more times
